Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up your mess quickly then a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops in my tests have top-notch mapping and navigation and are able to pick up Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.
You can also schedule cleaning chores with an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop combo with bleeding-edge features consider the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line vacuum is fast and agile and was able to pick up human hair and pet hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It comes with a sleek application interface with an interactive map of your home and buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
Another noteworthy feature is the S8's ability to alter its cleaning mode in accordance with the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will clean its mopping pads more frequently when it encounters dust. Carpeted areas get priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad.
It's got a host of other smart features also, including an alternative dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to wash and clean the mop roller without needing refilling it manually. You can also make use of voice commands using the built-in voice assistant that can be activated by saying "Hey Rocky" to specify room cleaning, modes, and granular controls with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those who want a hands free robot vacuum that also has mopping capabilities. It's part of a plethora of robot vacuums with combo features with mops, but comes at a lower price than the majority of competitors.
As with most robovacs the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it up and running. This involves establishing an account with the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once that's done, the robot can start cleaning and mopping easily.
It's important to note that the mapping process could take a while and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets a good picture of your living space. The object detection feature is hit-and-miss. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles, however, it got stuck on a looser rug with tassels that it had to flip over to get it out of the way. But these are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those who need an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbers. This results in floors being cleaned, not just swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an innovative tool that can reach places even robot vacuums cannot.
This model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with a slightly higher suction power of 8700Pa, and a few additional smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home's surroundings and provide the ability to avoid obstacles in a dynamic manner. The smart app allows you to modify a range of settings including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo is also self-prepping, with both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging base after each task to wash their pads and empty their dust bins and place debris into bags that self-seal. This helps to keep the system tidy and stops allergens from recirculating. The battery's life is enough to remove large areas without the need for a charge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop model that has impressive features for a reasonable price. It comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for hard and carpet floors and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also features an unique mopping method which uses a rolling device that is continuously sprayed with water to collect dirt and deposit it in the water tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without falling. However, it struggled with finely engrained debris and wasn't always able to get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating sound level is also quite high, so this model may not be as easy to set and forget as others.
Like most robotic vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can replenish its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easier and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to an established schedule. Eufy's app allows you to manage all of its functions. It gives clear information and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best vacuums/mowers on the market. It delivers amazing results when it comes to mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with good precision, and the app allows users to fine-tune map coverage, set no-go zones, and customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's main roller brush is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which can be a big pain point with many robotic vacuums.
Recommended Studying is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system has intelligent carpet detectors, which raise the pads when they're near soft surfaces in order to avoid contamination.
The docking station is an unmanned maintenance center that automatically washes and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of hassle-free operation unlike conventional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins each time they have to be empty.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8, this robot does a bang-up job of keeping my office spotless and also tackle the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses laser mapping and camera to create a 3D-map of your home so that it can know what to stay clear of. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like dog bowls and toys (but not the poop) unlike most vacuums.
Other amazing features include a self emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also customize the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
Like the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip cleaning rooms that aren't clean if you want to save time. If you have several types of flooring in your house and don't want to spend additional money for a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities it is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that can manage regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy messes that are wet, this robot is a good option. It has a wide range of features, including a self-emptying dustbin as well as a separate water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet and can maneuver between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's not able to remove the tangled tassels of rugs and it's battery drains a little quicker than other models in our tests.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerful unit that comes with powerful suction and convenient automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests of vacuuming, but overall it did quite well. It also includes a wide range of cleaning modes to meet your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for lightweight debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for carpeted rooms. It can even automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads, and not leave your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in small areas. It's quick and quiet and can maneuver tight spaces well. It's also extremely effective in removing pet hair from carpets.
It's smaller than the majority of its competition however it doesn't compromise features. It has decent suction power and can be set to take pictures of every object it chooses (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them in the app as "not found' to ensure that they are not removed in future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and are not tied to your account.
It's great at vacuuming, but not as well at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped to the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
